About the Alliance
The missing route between pressure and the right help.
The Wellness Experts Alliance is a Pamumvuri PVO initiative in Zimbabwe. It exists because the expertise people need usually already exists. It is just fragmented, invisible or disconnected from the moment of need.
The problem we work on
Schools, organisations and communities are judged on outcomes increasingly shaped by pressure from outside: home, the economy, digital life and life events. Most support is built for visible crisis, so it arrives late. Meanwhile excellent experts remain hard to find at the exact moment they are needed.
Two sides, one purpose
For schools, organisations and associations, the Alliance provides the Mental Wealth System: a practical way to see pressure earlier, prepare for it and route people to help. For experts and providers, it provides alliance-grade credibility, shared visibility and structured routes into real demand.
Led through Pamumvuri
Pamumvuri PVO (PVO 48/21) works in mental health, suicide prevention and drug and substance use responses. The Alliance extends this work by bringing together wellbeing, performance and specialist expertise. Enquiries are coordinated through Tapiwa W. Chinyadza, Executive Director of Pamumvuri PVO.
Built with clear boundaries
The Alliance coordinates engagement and access. It works through existing safeguarding, counselling and HR structures, not around them. Each provider remains responsible for their own professional services, qualifications, scope, consent and fees.
