The concept

What is the WE Alliance?

A trusted alliance of wellness experts, and a simple system that connects them to the schools, workplaces and communities that need them.

The help people need usually already exists. It is just scattered, hard to find and disconnected from the moment of need. Institutions see pressure every day but have nowhere practical to send it. Experts have the answers but stay invisible until it is too late. The Alliance is the route between the two.

More about the Alliance

The problem

Most people aren’t in crisis. They’re not fully okay either.

Stress, grief, money worries and digital pressure follow people into classrooms and offices. Performance drifts quietly long before anything looks serious, and most support only arrives once it does.

1 in 7

adolescents worldwide lives with a mental disorder. That is about 166 million young people.

US$387.2bn

is lost in human potential every year through poor child and adolescent mental health.

Too late

is when most support arrives, because it is built for visible crisis, not for the quiet “Missing Middle”.

Figures: UNICEF, The State of the World’s Children 2021.

How it works

Five simple parts. No clinic required.

The Mental Wealth System plugs into what you already run: meetings, events, parent groups and message channels. You don’t build it. You plug into it.

  1. See where pressure is hitting

A short, structured check shows where performance, behaviour and engagement are slipping, and why.

    Hot-Button Audit
  2. Prepare for predictable peaks

Exams, transitions, year-end, school-fee season. Simple journals and routines help people get ready.

    Red Sea Moments
  3. Use moments you already have

Short prompts built into existing events, meetings and message groups. Repeated, not one-off.

    Park & Reflect
  4. Make first contact safe

Trained, non-clinical people listen, reduce stigma and point the way to the next step.

    Green Badge
  5. Route to the right help

Clear pathways to vetted experts, clinical care and public services. Nobody has to improvise.

    The WE Alliance

Why join

Two sides. One better route.

Institutions don’t need more isolated experts. Experts don’t need more isolated visibility. Both need a better route between need and expertise.

For schools, organisations & associations

Respond earlier, without carrying it alone.

  • See problems before results fallKnow where pressure is hurting performance, behaviour and engagement.
  • Share the loadTrained first contacts and clear pathways, so a few staff don’t carry everything.
  • Reach help you can trustOne alliance of vetted experts, with scope, consent and fees agreed upfront.

Schools join without a membership fee. Organisation and association proposals are scoped before you commit.

For wellness experts · individuals & organisations

Be visible at the moment of need.

  • Shared visibilityShow up through school, workplace and community channels people already trust.
  • Alliance-grade credibilityVetted membership signals a recognised standard, not another listing.
  • Demand routed to youRelevant needs are directed to the right expert, in context. No cold pitching.

Membership is selective and paid, with terms agreed before you join. There is no payment to apply, and clients or income are not guaranteed.

What makes it different

A campaign raises attention. A system changes response.

  • Not another awareness talk
  • Not a clinic
  • Not a public directory
  • Not a one-off event

Mental wealth is the practical capacity to stay steady, decide well and perform under pressure. We treat it as a performance system, not a topic.

What is the WE Alliance?

The Wellness Experts Alliance (the WE Alliance) is a Zimbabwean network, led by Pamumvuri PVO, that connects schools, organisations and communities with vetted wellness and performance experts. It gives institutions a simple system, the Mental Wealth System, to spot pressure early and route people to the right help. It also helps experts be found at the moment they are needed.

Who is the WE Alliance for?

Schools (heads, boards, SDAs and pastoral teams), employers and large organisations, professional and industry associations, NGOs, faith groups and communities. It is also for wellness experts: individual practitioners as well as practices, NGOs and specialist provider organisations.

What is the Mental Wealth System?

The practical side of the Alliance. Five parts work together: see where pressure is affecting outcomes, prepare for predictable pressure, use the moments you already have, make first contact visible and safe, and route people to the right help.

Is this a counselling service or a directory?

Neither. The Alliance coordinates access and engagement. Individual experts provide services within their own qualifications and scope. Nobody needs to search a directory or choose a professional title to get started.

What does it cost?

Schools access the system without a school membership fee. Organisation and association proposals depend on scope and are agreed before you commit. Expert membership is paid, with terms agreed before joining. Specialist services are always priced and agreed before they begin.

Where does the Alliance work?

The Alliance is based in Zimbabwe. It is starting with founding cohorts of schools, organisations, associations and experts for next term.

Can I ask about help for myself or my family?

Yes. Use the individual or family option on the contact page and keep the first message general. This website does not provide diagnosis, instant matching or emergency support.

What happens after I join a waitlist?

The team contacts you to confirm your place and arrange a short fact-finding or fit conversation. A waitlist place is not a commitment to a full rollout, and no payment is taken.
