Privacy & enquiries · Updated 16 October 2026
A clear first
conversation.
This website collects initial enquiries, founding waitlist registrations and expert applications for the Wellness Experts Alliance, a Pamumvuri PVO initiative.
What you share
Forms ask for your name, email, your enquiry and relevant organisation or expertise details. Phone, organisation and professional profile fields may be optional. Please do not submit health records, client information, children’s details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
The Alliance team uses your submission to review your request, clarify fit and contact you about a relevant next step. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter, commit you to a programme or make you an Alliance member. A waitlist place is not a contract.
Where submissions go
Website forms are processed through Netlify and made available to authorised site administrators. Netlify also performs spam filtering and operates the site’s hosting infrastructure. Service providers may process information outside Zimbabwe.
WhatsApp and email
If you use WhatsApp or email, your message is processed by those services under their own terms and privacy practices. Keep the first message general. These channels are not an emergency or clinical intake service.
Referral and further support
A website enquiry is not permission to distribute your details to an entire network. Relevant sharing and the next provider’s own consent and privacy arrangements should be discussed before a referral or service begins.
Your requests
To ask about access, correction, deletion or how your enquiry is being handled, contact thewealliance@nojobsjustwork.com. Information should be retained only as needed for enquiry handling, agreed participation and applicable obligations.
Site technology
This version does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics or embedded social feeds. The hosting service may maintain technical and security logs. A campaign label and the page from which a form is sent may be included with your submission to help the team understand the enquiry source.
Adult enquiries
The forms are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Parents or guardians can make an initial general enquiry without providing a child’s personal case details.
