For employers, HR & people leaders

Your people bring more to work than their job.

Money worries, family strain, school-fee season and life events show up at work as fatigue, mistakes, conflict and quiet disengagement. The Mental Wealth System helps you see that pressure earlier and route people to vetted help.

Why organisations are joining

Not a soft issue. A performance and risk issue.

Most people at work are not in crisis. They are the functioning-but-fractured majority: still delivering, while quietly losing capacity.

What you are facing: “Our best people are running on empty. We find out when they leave.”
What changes: Earlier visibility of where pressure is building
What you are facing: “Managers absorb emotional load they were never trained for.”
What changes: Trained first contacts, so the load is shared and routed
What you are facing: “We ran a wellness day. Nothing changed.”
What changes: Repeated prompts through channels you already use
What you are facing: “Our EAP is only used once something has gone wrong.”
What changes: A preventative layer, with routes into your EAP
What you are facing: “Year-end and school-fee season hit us every year.”
What changes: Predictable pressure planned for, not a surprise

The Mental Wealth System at work

Protect performance under pressure.

The same five parts that protect results in schools, applied to your teams. Layered, so you plug into it rather than build it.

  1. See where pressure is hitting

A short, structured check shows where performance, behaviour and engagement are slipping, and why.

    Hot-Button Audit
  2. Prepare for predictable peaks

Exams, transitions, year-end, school-fee season. Simple journals and routines help people get ready.

    Red Sea Moments
  3. Use moments you already have

Short prompts built into existing events, meetings and message groups. Repeated, not one-off.

    Park & Reflect
  4. Make first contact safe

Trained, non-clinical people listen, reduce stigma and point the way to the next step.

    Green Badge
  5. Route to the right help

Clear pathways to vetted experts, clinical care and public services. Nobody has to improvise.

    The WE Alliance

Existing HR, safeguarding, EAP and clinical arrangements stay in place. Individual disclosures stay out of organisational reporting.

What leaders get

Lower risk. Steadier performance.

For boards, this is resilience infrastructure for the pressure your organisation already faces.

Earlier visibility

See predictable pressure before it shows up in retention.

Shared first contact

Capacity spread across trained people, not a few managers.

Less crisis-only support

A preventative layer before people reach breaking point.

Trust-safe governance

Protect culture, decision quality and retention.

The first step

Founding organisations

  1. A fact-finding conversation

With HR, people leaders and whoever else should be involved.

  2. Name your top pressure points

Two or three, so the system fits your teams, structure and calendar.

  3. A place in the founding cohort

Shaped around your environment once fit is confirmed.

Free to join. No commitment.

Questions from employers

Make the scope clear.

Can this work alongside our EAP or wellness provider?

Yes. Most support models are built for visible crisis. The system works on the earlier stage and routes people into your existing EAP or clinical services where those are the right next step.

Will we receive employees’ personal information?

No. Organisational reporting covers participation and agreed measures. Individual conversations follow the relevant provider’s privacy and consent arrangements, and reporting boundaries are agreed before anything starts.

Is this another wellness programme?

No. A campaign raises attention. A system changes response. It works through your existing meetings, routines and channels and gives people a clear route to help, rather than adding another event to the calendar.

Do you guarantee productivity gains?

No. The aim is earlier visibility, safer first contact and easier access to the right help. Participation, enquiries and agreed measures can be reviewed; business and health outcomes need appropriate evidence over time.

How is the work priced?

Pricing depends on the size of the organisation, the expertise needed and the follow-up required. A proposal sets out scope and costs before you commit. Joining the founding waitlist is free.
