Expert and provider FAQ
Who should join, how members reach demand, what it costs and what is not promised.
Questions
Who should join the Alliance?
Both foundational and specialist providers: mental and emotional support, nutrition and movement, financial and legal stewardship, connection and careers, plus specialist tracks such as sports science, scholarship navigation, learning support, grief counselling, occupational therapy, equine and holistic therapies.
Is this only for school specialists?
No. Schools are one distribution lane. The Alliance is relevant to any expert, organisation, practice, NGO or professional association whose work should be easier to reach when families, workplaces and communities need it.
Is this just a directory?
No. You are not joining a list of names. You are joining a coordinated system: a trust layer, a visibility engine and a way of routing real demand to the right expertise.
How do members actually reach demand?
Through trusted school and community channels, Hot-Button Audits that show where the pressure is, short trigger content, five-day challenges, Wellness Walkway event presence, a professional profile and factsheet, and routing into deeper support when it is relevant.
Does the Alliance only work through WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp is an important channel because it lowers friction and runs through networks people already trust. The Alliance also works through schools, workplaces, professional groups, associations and events.
What kind of member is the best fit?
Credible, specific and trustworthy. Clear on the problems you solve and the outcomes your clients care about. Willing to contribute to a coordinated system, and stronger inside an alliance than alone.
Is the Alliance only for clinicians?
No. It includes relevant non-clinical expertise and services as well as qualified clinical professionals. Each provider must describe their scope clearly. Clinical care remains the responsibility of appropriately qualified professionals.
How does the Alliance make money?
Members pay to join. Schools access the system without a school membership fee, and sponsorship can support particular areas. That keeps the Alliance focused on making members useful to the people who need them.
Will joining guarantee me clients?
No. Membership provides positioning, content, distribution and routes into demand as agreed in your package. Uptake depends on relevance, engagement and availability. No client volume, earnings or exclusivity is promised.
How much does membership cost?
The founding package and fee are shared after the fit conversation. You receive the proposed scope and terms before deciding. There is no payment at the waitlist stage.
Do I lose control of my practice?
No. Service scope, fees, professional responsibilities and collaboration arrangements are agreed explicitly. Membership does not replace professional registration or obligations.
